Virtual: Pumpkin Ravioli

Ravioli with a delicious pumpkin filling and sauce!
About this Event
We will prepare a seasonal version of ravioli with a filling of ricotta and pumpkin and top it with a pumpkin sauce.
If you prefer to cook with us, you will need (serving size 4):
- Eggs
- Flour
- Fresh ricotta cheese
- Egg
- Pecorino Romano cheese
- Pumpkin (butternut or mantova)
- Leek
- Butter
- Speck
- Nutmeg
- Salt
- Fork
- Knife
- Spatula
- Cutting board
- Rolling pin
- Pasta Machine (preferred, if you have one)
- Mixing bowl
- Spoon
- Ravioli cutters (even a cookie cutter would work)
- Pot of water
- 2 Frying pans
- Immersion blender
- Oven sheet lined with parchment paper
After registration, in the confrimation email, you will receive an email with a step-by-step guide to follow along. Please note the time of the lesson. We are in Rome, Italy but we will be running the class on America Central Time.
Here’s how it will work:
- Register through Eventbrite.
- Check your email. You should have received a link ‘view now’ from Eventbrite. Click it.
- Click the “play” arrow on the screen. You’ll be rerouted to a Zoom registration page.
- Register for the class through Zoom using your name and email.
- Check your email. You’ll be able to access the class when the time comes using the link you receive from Zoom.
