2 Part Virtual Pizza Class

About this Event
This is a 2 part cooking class. We will come together to learn how to prepare the dough for pizza, chat about the different flours, rising time and all that goes into making pizza at home. Don’t forget your glass of wine!
The first class will take place on Saturday, September 5th at 4:00pm (American Central Time) where we will make the dough, talk about the different flours and the rising process.
The second class will be on Sunday, September 6th at 4:00pm (American Central Time) where we will come together to cook and bake our pizza.
To cook along you will need:
- Kitchen scale (preferable to cups for a more precise measurement)
- Mixing bowl
- Half baking sheet (16x14in)
- Pastry/dough scrapper
- Bread Flour
- Fresh yeast or Dry yeast
- Water
- Salt
- Sunflower oil/extra virgin olive oil
After registration you will receive an email with a step-by-step guide to follow along.
For the tech part here’s how it works:
- Register here.
- We will email a link to a Zoom registration page.
- Register for the class through Zoom using your name and email. Skip this step if you already have Zoom.
- At the time of the class you’ll be able to access the class when the time comes using the link you received by email (Step 2 & 3)
We will use the same Zoom link for both classes.
